My experience with this company has been horrible. They installed a new Lennox A/C unit at my house six weeks ago and have been out to fix it four times. It didn't work for a week after the initial install and continues to freeze up on the hottest weeks of the summer. The A/C quit again yesterday so I called and was told someone would come by our house between 5-9pm. I began calling around 7:30pm for fear no one would show up. The operator told me to wait for a call from the technician. I waited for an hour and called back only to be told again he would call. I finally received a call from Darrell who told me he had too many service calls and wouldn't be coming out to look at the issue. Not only did he ignore the service request from earlier that day, he was rude to both me and my wife on the phone. Basically he told us he had a lot of calls and showed no empathy for our situation nor apologized for the company's poor customer service. Please stay away from MTB or you may have the same regrettable situation I'm currently experiencing.
