| - I had gone for work, but had to go elsewhere for root canal therapy as their endodontic doctor did not accept my insurance.
Dr. Faddis was great but the bridge they had ordered had to go back to the lab as it did not fit.
I paid for a filling he had to do, which goes back to the 'tennis game' of what action needed to be done for this tooth.
I have paid faithfully, when discussing that I would prefer to finish the balance when the bridge was placed, advised not a problem. I received a bill and called the office to be told summarily that I should not have been allowed to leave with out payment arrangements...ok, I believe I have paid right at point of service. I questioned the person, I do not wish to embarrass her, what would have happened if I paid and it did not work out. Well, of course I would get a refund.
And here we are at the reason I am writing this, received a call 6/30/17, voice mail stated a credit refund on the books, please call. I was at the movies and on vacation, called on7/6/17 said to refund my card, flexible spending, advised not a problem. Thinking it over, I decided on a check, called RIGHT back, ok will let office manager know.
Waited for check, called mid week of 7/19/17, told it takes a few weeks, ok we are into a few weeks. Was told to expect the CHECK, around the 26ty. Again, I emphasized CHECK, yes.
Imagine my surprise when I get an email that stated the money I had paid was reversed and the refund of xxx amount of dollars was showing. This was 7/28/17. IMAGINE MY LAST SUPRISE when checking the mail, 7/26, 7/27, 7/28 and no check. Wonder why???? A fellow co-worker, asked if I had checked my flexible spending account; why would I do that? I was ASSURED IT WOULD BE A CHECK. Lo and behold, checked on Saturday and guess what was credited to my flexible spending card??? So, now I am in the midst of re-arranging the budget.
I left a voice mail for the office as this was 7ish in the morning Saturday advising that this was not a cool situation, I will not be utilizing their service nor the new office that Dr. Faddis has gone to.
If you make a mistake and forget to do something at the time, I certainly can understand. I can not tolerate blatant lies disregard.
Be ware of the lies and misrepresentation.
