  • We stayed here for the Canada Day 150 celebrations and the hotel staff went above and beyond. Firstly I met with Ray Sinapi of Guest Services and asked him to help us chose the right room for our family so that we could see the fireworks from the CN Tower. One of our children has epilepsy and autism and has a tough time with the noise of fireworks but loves the sight of them. He had a colleague show us two different rooms and then when I went to book it he took extra care of us, told us that he would hold a specific room for us so that we didn't find we were moved when we checked in and he threw in a few extras which was just fantastic, particularly for my 3 children. When we checked in although our room wasn't ready but Eddy the bellman delivered all our stuff to our room and went so far as to write us a note saying "I took the liberty to place your drinks in the fridge, so after your swim the drinks will hopefully have been chilled ..." - what every busy mum loves to hear! We had lovely drinks on the roofdeck with a great view and again the bar staff where amazing, especially (I hope I got this right) Evan? We had breakfast in the main restaurant the next day as the club lounge was jammed and breakfast was delicious. Thank you guys, you made our celebration extremely special.
