  • Denis just saved my life! My husband and I were both out of town for separate trips, and I was lucky enough to come home first to a busted AC. It wouldn't turn on and it was 100 degress in the house. So, first I cried. Then I made some calls. It was 5pm, so most places were either closed or had no availability. Denis said he'd be there in an hour and a half! He texted before he arrived and was right on time. Very respectful and polite -- and he didn't make me feel dumb (because I didn't know ANYTHING about our unit... like even where it was located). He got the air back on within an hour for a reasonable price and even talked to my husband on the phone to explain what repairs were made. We will definitely be calling Denis again for maintenance and future repairs. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service!
