  • Trying to get them to come out to do warranty service was like trying to give a cat a bath. I have never had such a hard time with such rude people at a business before. They flat out told me they're busy and don't care about my business because doing warranty service didn't make much money. They said they're "doing a lot of commercial work" now, basically saying they don't have time to honor the warranty on the A/C unit they sold us and put. When I called they said they'd call me back and never would. Ran around in circles for 3 weeks with them. The one time they came out last year I believe they made things up to charge us extra money too, just because they know I don't know much about a/c. Stay away from these crooks.
