I've been here a number of times in the last few months, to a tune of over 5k in costs for my Irish Setter. I've not had any problems with the Drs. or nurses. However the front desk staff is a whole different thing. On Sat. 12/10 I needed to check on any possible drug interaction for a new med. I specifically asked to speak to the writing veterinarian, told to hold a quick minute. After close to 15 minutes on hold a very rude and unprofessional Alice picked up the phone, telling me "we're a hospital, we're busy" as a means of letting me know the definition of a "quick minute." Unprofessional Alice then proceeded to ask me for information I had already provided to the person who answered the phone initially. After pointing this out, she informed that she would hang up if I didn't want her help. I didn't! So she hung up. What this smart-Alice needs to know is that thanks to her, I'll probably be taking my dog and the thousands of dollars his care is generating to a more business like facility that realizes you are easily replaced, (hopefully soon) but customers are to be respected and not told to talk or I'll hang up.
