  • I am forever grateful for OUG. We have two dogs with special needs, so we are very hesitant to leave them in the care of just anyone and kennel boarding is definitely not an option. Lisa and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my pups see the same friendly faces, because one of the dogs is nervous around strangers. The one time they weren't able to schedule a familiar face, I was contacted in advance to discuss this change. Each time we have used their services, we have come home to two relaxed and happy dogs -- this is a huge weight off of my shoulders. We've had a couple of instances where we have had family emergencies, and they've always been quick to respond with a last-minute visit. They've also been gracious about cancellations when our plans fall through. Online scheduling is quick and painless, and they always follow through with confirming details and asking for clarifications if needed. Billing is a breeze. They are always prompt with an itemized invoice prior to the automatic withdrawal and they never charge you for services in advance. Special shout-out to Kira, who has consistently been the primary BFF to my two dogs. Her post-visit notes are detailed and sweet, and she occasionally sends picture texts to us with the most beautiful pictures of our dogs RELAXING! It is evident that she cares very much for our pets, and that's exactly what I like to feel when I am away. Thank you OUG!
