rev:text	Been here twice - was not happy with my first experience and the 2nd time was decent. The first time I was here - the barista charged me incorrectly, and I told her about it and she gave me back my money. But she was not apologetic at all. Was more like a surprised "oh, really?" And redid the transaction and moved on to the next customer without even saying sorry once. Thank god I asked for my receipt that day and checked it, usually I don't. That was a close one. The 2nd time I came was more pleasant. The barista was more lively and made more eye contact, etc. She also (by chance) spelt my name right! Which is a +1, and she offered to make small talk. I liked my interaction the 2nd time. In terms of the place, I love how this Starbucks is uniquely and is a house instead. It adds to the unique vibe of Unionville and it's surroundings. This 2 level Starbucks is really cool and upstairs is usually surrounded with people studying. There are also washrooms upstairs as well :) . Not only that, they have a beautiful patio where you can people watch and enjoy the summer breeze under the umbrella shades. Starbucks also has a dog stand and a water bowl for owners who walk their pets here! However, for the past 2 times that I came here, it was always unkept. The garbage is always overflowing and everything was messy or things have ran out. Management needs to add more baristas on the floor because Unionville Starbucks is pretty popular - especially in the summer!
