  • I love floor & decor and the employees at this location. When doing any kind of project it can be overwhelming! The staff are low pressure with sales and super helpful! I'm just starting a commercial project and completely lost on what to do for the bathroom remodels at my new studio. A young man saw me and must have seen how overwhelmed I was and asked if I needed help. He walked me over to the design center and told me to look around and see what I liked and said there was staff that could help me from there. As I was looking around, a staff member named Dean approached to see if he could help me. He gave me direction and understood that I'm just at the beginning of this process! He walked me throughout the entire store patiently and let me ask all kinds of questions and take pics of the styles I liked. There was nom reassure to decide or buy anything, only the offer to help! Whatever I decide and wherever this project takes me, I will be back at this Floor and Decor to work with Dean!
