This is THE yarn-store to go to in Toronto if you only have time to see one. The sheer size of it is nearly overwhelming; we're talking hundreds upon hundreds of square feet, and that's just the main floor. Like cotton? There's 3/4 of a long aisle of it at the back, and then there are the other plant-fibre blends to the right at the front of the store. Silk? All sorts of things available, including some European varieties so high-end that you aren't allowed to open the packaging until after you purchase them. And so on. In the basement are two delightfully mazelike rooms full of overstock and sale-items; if you're after a bargain, have a look for discontinued yarns being let go for very little. Even upstairs it's sometimes very hard not to buy everything!
