I visited Tula's for the first time today. My appt was for a haircut with Laura. When I walked in, the salon smelled great from all the wonderful Aveda products. It just felt so clean and refreshing and I think the open space made the salon seem even bigger. It definitely had a cozy feel. There was a bit of confusion at first since the front girl thought I was there for a massage. Laura gave me a great cut and was very personable and friendly yet professional. It was quite inexpensive as well ($40). Didn't have any trouble with street parking, maybe because the time of day. I will definitely go back again, no question. :) (I did not get an unwelcoming email as another poster mentioned; however, mine was very polite and was basically an appt reminder. No 'rules' as the other poster mentioned.)
