  • It was 1990. This girl was just a teenager when hearing her miraculous voice on the radio. Since then Mariah has been a fixture in the music industry. MC has toured around back in the day but this would be my first time seeing her in person. With a show compiling her #1's I believe was a great idea. I knew more of the oldies rather than her newer songs. They sure took me back to my youth. Set in Caesar's Colosseum, it's the perfect venue for her voice to carry through. Her stage presence is commanding and elegant. If you can grab aisle seats, she does walk through while singing one of her tunes. However, I do wish she didn't wear her Louboutin's throughout. I was hoping she would do some of her great choreography from the old videos but 3 1/2" heels will prevent that. Her wardrobe changes were a bit much as well. But I'll say she did look FANTASTIC! I'm glad my friend Stefany came along to enjoy the show. I certainly had a great time.
