I would like to take the time and follow up my previous review. After not arriving at their scheduled time to provide an estimate for a replacement AC unit, I received a call later that evening from one of the owners. He was truly apologetic for the break down in miscommunication between his office staff and the person who would be doing the estimate. He asked if he could personally come out and take a look at my old system. I agreed and while we won't be purchasing a new system this year, I won't hesitate to give my money to a company that cares so much about its customers. Most businesses wouldn't have even bothered to call me back and make the situation right. I hope you will give some thought to this company as they explain everything, answer all questions, and leaving without the homeowner feeling rushed or taken advantage of.
