  • Avoiding this business at all costs. Absolutely terrible customer service. Extorting customers for duties that have ALREADY BEEN PAID. Wasted 2 hours of my life trying to pick up a package that would not be released to us even though the duties were already paid by the business that was shipping out a package to us.
