Worst membership experience I've ever had!!
Painstaking cancellation process, if you can even qualify to get out of your contract (good luck). They lock you in with a deal then speed you through tons of paperwork so you don't have time to question or review what you're signing. They are making me pay for 26 months even though I told the manager I was only going to be in Vegas temporarily upon signing up (6 months max)!!
When I tried to professionally resolve the problem, corporate backed up the manager and basically blamed me for not thoroughly reading the contract EVEN THOUGH the MANAGER provided me false information.
In summation, horrible customer service and communication on all levels. They don't respond to the only email address available, nor do they make their customers feel respected or valued. It's very clear that they care more about their profits than they do for their members.
Also, while some locations are nice, others have run down and "out of order" equipment.
Don't get suckered by the sign up deal like I did. While membership might be cheaper, don't forget... you get what you pay for.
