  • Grand Valley came to our attention as a referral from a neighbor. We had already entertained bids from Costco, Lowes, and Altra Interiors. From our first meeting with Harun we were impressed with his knowledge of the business and his patience and understanding of our needs. We were in the middle of a kitchen/family room remodel and were looking for ideas of what would work best for us. With his truck load of samples in tow, Harun took the time to show us several options from a variety of manufacturers. Since our cabinets had not yet been installed, he recommended we wait to make a final decision. He made a total of three trips to ensure that we were comfortable with the look and quality of our choices. His bottom line costs were by far the lowest. He even honored a manufactures rebate that had expired during our decision making process. He didn't have to do that. Thanks man! Upon installation, a manufacturing defect was identified. Harun took care of the problem immediately, returning to replace the defective blind. Wow! This place looks great! We couldn't be happier with the look and quality of our new blinds. Without hesitation, we would recommend Grand Valley Window Coverings to our friends and family. We will use them again when the remodel "wild hair" hits us in the future.
