  • I sat an appointment but still took over 2 hours for oil change and tire alignment. The service guys left black dirt marks all over inside my car, leaving the streering wheel and inside door handle dirty. The lobby waiting area is old and needs renovation. I didn't trust the tire work they did so I took it to discount tire for another rotation.
