  • This is the 1st time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. I Came in on a Sunday afternoon for a simple exterior wash. The people at the vacuum station took the request and guided me inside as they explained they will drive my car to the conveyor. Once inside the clean and spacious main room I was promptly greeted by the owner of the wash. After paying the reasonable I went outside to wait for my car. The owner actually came outside to chat with me.. When he found out I was new in town we began a great and friendly discussion about Cleveland and some great spots to eat, see, etc. He shook my hand when my car was completed and wished me luck. It's rare to find such friendly and outgoing strangers, concerned not only about their business but the well being of a stranger. Of course, the car came out beautifully, hand dried with care. I absolutely will be back, and so should you.
