I love this spot!
I am not vegan, but I am looking to move in to a low carb diet, due to health reasons. Initially, I was upset as now I have to move from fatty foods, like pizza, burgers, hakka, etc.
After finding Ital Vital, I know that I could do this, brown rice, sweet potatoes, soy, honestly I could not tell the difference from what I used to eat.
