  • I gave 2 stars because I've been here a few times, and this is the first issue I've had. I took a long gown in, crepe like delicate material. I specified the occasion and day I needed it. went in twice that day and it wasn't ready. Had to pick it up after 5pm the following day, which I had specified was too late since I was going out of town for a wedding the following morning. The dress came back with a button missing and slightly shorter. No time to fix it before my flight. I didn't try to get them to fix it, so I can't comment on their reaction but I wouldn't take difficult fabrics here.
