| - Update** I attempted to contact management for 5 days about my experience before I had to go in and physically stand in the salon to get someone to talk to me about my experience. I was there for an hour and a half waiting for a ***partial*** refund. I was told by Cynthia, the manager and one who ruined my hair, that she admitted fault for how my hair turned out. She called the owner, Yani, to discuss my partial refund. Yani declined the refund, and Cynthia informed me that if I took this further she would deny everything she said. Gotta love a place who self proclaims they are dedicated to making women feel beautiful and desired, who tells you that what they did to your hair is fine. They offered to redo the color, but why would anyone trust a place who was not only destroyed their hair in the first place, but refused to acknowledge a situaiton until forced to. They are rude, condescending, and inept when it comes to customer service. Do not, I repeat do not, go here if your hair matters to you.
