From the reviews and our waiter's info, they have a constant changing menu and therefore their menus are printed daily. This makes this restaurant interesting, since we should expect something new and fresh every time.
I had a grilled salmon, which tasted pretty bland yet salty at the same time. My friend ordered the pork, which came out in a surprisingly thick cut (filet minion style). Although it tasted pretty juicy and delicious, we weren't too sure about getting Trichinosis from eating raw pork. Because of the thick cut, it was really pink in the center. I'm sure the chef's knew what they were doing when they designed this dish, but I believe our waiter should have informed us of this when we ordered it. In the end, my friend gave up on the dish and went home hungry.
I didn't really enjoy the poached pear dessert either. It was served cold and I thought it tasted a bit bitter and not very sweet nor soft. It was served on top of a very hard cake, which was drenched in raspberry sauce. I thought that the cake was way too hard.
I did like the escargot though. It was served warm in a very garlicy buttery sauce, and also came with small pieces of bread topped on each escargot to dip into the buttery sauce.
