  • I could not have asked for a better experience delivering our first baby here! The staff was incredible and Christine in Labor and Delivery Triage was by far the shining star! She was so kind and encouraging and helped me feel so comfortable about the process, even when things got scary! I am so grateful for her! Karen in Maternity was incredible as well! I am so so thankful to have delivered here! Just know that the sleeping accommodations for your loved ones aren't the greatest. My husband is 6'3" and slept with his feet up on the wall at time just so he wasn't curled up all the time. I actually sent him home to sleep at one point as we thankfully live close. However, I was disappointed with the lactation services. The woman in charge was very abrupt and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. She seemed to get frustrated with me thought I was trying to do what she told me (turns out my baby had a tongue tie as diagnosed through another IBCLC and pediatrician). She just treated me in a cookie cutter manner and acted as though breastfeeding was checking boxes and I wasn't doing well. So consider finding another IBCLC for your breastfeeding needs! Also, I have had a really tough time with the billing department. I have dealt with them on the phone several times trying to set up payment plans and three times now they have attempted to consolidate my accounts and set up a plan and it always ends with them needing "supervisor approval," then them telling me they will call me back. Then I don't hear from them... then I call THEM and have to start the process all over. I'm super frustrated and getting annoyed just trying to pay my bill.
