  • I made a visit to the South Hills Village store on Monday to exchange some merchandise I purchased online. I was initially concerned about doing an exchange since "plus size" (which I had ordered and was returning) and "ladies" are two different item numbers, and the fact that I had used an online-only coupon... However, Julie was AMAZING and took care of everything! Even in the middle of training, she kept a very light and positive attitude. I never felt rushed, even though there were many other people in the store buying costumes for their little ones. She was able to delegate other employees to assist other customers, all while taking care of my transactions; though I never felt that she was neglecting me. THANK YOU FOR THE PIXIE DUST, JULIE! My day was definitely more MAGICAL because of this experience and I am even more excited about my upcoming trip to Disney World!!
