UPDATE: Since my last review, Matt made an effort to right the wrong. He made an appointment to come on a Sunday at 11am. He called me to let me know that he would be an hour late since he was stuck at another job. Fine.
By 1pm, I had given up waiting and called Matt to cancel, I was obviously frustrated. He was apologetic, and explained that sometimes jobs go longer than anticipated. He offered a full refund for the dishwasher part which was processed the next day, a pleasant surprise.
Overall, my experience was less than ideal, but Matt follow up to try and right the wrong.
