Alright, so my first impression was positive. Atmosphere was nice, smelled good, friendly staff. All great. I sat down in the seat and explained to the stylist I was wanting to embrace my curls and go natural. She said we needed to cut off all the damage. So she starts hacking away... Washes my hair then starts blow drying! Everyone who does curly hair knows you don't blow dry it without a diffuser. She burned my scalp. My hair turned into a poof. You can tell she got nervous and turned me away from the mirror. She kept brushing it. Another thing you don't do with naturally curly hair. She was nice. Even though she talked crap about the industry I work in. Explained to me her life story about how she is pretty new to cosmetology. When she was done I had a big triangle shaped hair. Luckily all I did was wash it and let it air dry with some gel and got it back to natural. But seriously don't claim to know natural hair. She also used Sally Beauty Supply leave in conditioner. When I go to a salon I expect salon quality products. I'll never go back. It's super cheap though. Soooo I suppose you get what you paid for.
