The theater was simple enough to find and so was the official event parking garage near it ($10). After the show, we noticed that people had parked at other garages or in Downtown Phoenix. There were several pedi-cabs ready to transport people to nearby destinations. Convenient if you're parking further away.
The doors had not opened yet when we arrived, so we waited a short time in a line outside the venue. The line moved swiftly. Since Ticketmaster/LiveNation have an option to carry your tickets electronically (via Passbook on iPhones), I always select it for convenience. Which is why I thought it was odd that we had to wait in another line to have a different person scan our codes.
The lobby area is small, so you certainly can't get lost. Concessions available as you walk in as well. The Club Level also has another smaller concession area.
We sat in the Club Level and it was very comfortable. The theater is not very large, so I imagine that all seats have a decent view. We chose the front row of the Club Level and I enjoyed the view we had of the stage. I would have preferred to sit closer, but I liked the elevated area and I love not having people directly in front of me (if people want to stand, but I don't, etc).
After the show ended, there was another exit option on the side of the building that made it very simple and quick to leave. It was all very smooth.
