| - This place should get less then one star... Too bad it is not an option!!! I am a chef here in Las Vegas and had a special guest come in from out of town and wanted to show him VEGAS! What a better way to start off showing Vegas to him by dinner at the top of the world restaurant at the stratosphere. With views of the strip and showing him where we're going to go each day that he was here. We got to the restaurant on time for our reservation, but still had to wait 30 minutes. We then were sat down with no attention to us at all. Finally somebody came by to take our drink order, but we had already had drinks before the restaurant. We then proceeded to order our food. We were waiting and waiting for our food and while waiting I noticed there was a little bread plate and a butter knife and it was empty. Empty for a very long time, and I was wondering if they were going to ever bring us bread. I'm just as we asked for it because I didn't want to wait any longer, our appetizer showed up and shortly after so did the bread. Our appetizer was the crab cake which was actually phenomenal. Or maybe it was because we were so hungry by the time it came.... We then had our delicious steak dinner which was Cooked to perfection! Unfortunately, my date started to not feel well. He proceeded to the restroom, which had only one stall and he was quite sick! He could not wait for the guest to leave the stall. Looking for a safe place to vomit, where it would not intrude on anybody too much, he found the door to the stairwell but it was locked. What happens if there was a fire and the stairwell is locked? Not knowing where to turn and it nature taking it's course on its own, my friend vomited by the reception desk. No one cared no one tried to help him no one tried to see if he was OK no one tried to see if he was there with anybody that could help him! He then took some time until he found our table since the restaurant spins and it's dark inside he had a hard time finding me. Once he found me he said I'm really sick, we have to go. I tried to find the waiter to get the bill, but he was nowhere to be found. Nobody came to our table to see if we needed anything or if we were OK or satisfied with the food or anything! A lot of time had passed I'm not sure how how much time but enough time for my date to throw up four times on top of the table with nobody coming around not a waiter not somebody filling water nobody! Finally the Waiter showed up, and asked us if we were ready for dessert! That's how oblivious and horrible the service was that they didn't even realize that their guest has been throwing up all over their table 4 times. Anyway finally he went to go get our bill which took a long time, then we gave him the credit card and he took a very long time to come back with that and we were able to safely get home. The next day, we called to speak to the manager of the restaurant to share with him this horrible service we had on the fact that my date was throwing up, and it could be a direct effect of the food that we ate we are not sure. He proceeded to say that we ruined the time and the ambience of the other patriots at the restaurant. And that it cost him a lot of money to have extra staff to come and clean up his mess. He offered us no compensation and when he said hold on to us on the phone, my date was telling me that the manager was being an asshole. Unfortunately or not unfortunately, the Manager heard this comment and hung up on us! This was the worst service I've ever had at any restaurant bar none ever!!!
