  • We recently purchased a new home, and wanted to have the carpets cleaned as the previous owners had a dog that sheds and due to my allergies in our own dog, we were looking for a deep clean. And then he was very quick to reply with a quote that was beyond fair and reasonable, so I set up the appointment. He was running a little bit late, about 45 minutes total... But he let me know about 30 minutes before the appointment time about the time frame he would be. And he was pretty precise. So I really appreciated that he kept the lines of communication open. He was professional, personable, and funny. He explained the process in detail, and was here for total of about an hour. We had not yet moved any furniture in, so I do believe that was a lot easier for him in the end. Until we replace our carpet with tile and wood, I will be using Anthony about every 6 to 7 months for basic upkeep.
