  • Whoever this Jocelyn chick is needs to be fired because she's rude every single time my wife has communicated with her. We try to comply with every request that the HOA has had since we had the house built in 2000. We are constantly met with rude and condescending feedback from Jocelyn whenever we have questions. If life sucks so much that you are rude all the time then get a different job. She probably has to answer calls from pissed off customers all the time but then again we all choose the jobs we have so there's no excuse.
