The product that my daughter got was perfect, done beautifully. As for the customer service provided by this company I wish I could give it no stars. After my daughter received her jacket I attempted to pay for it a couple of times, each time being put on hold over ten minutes each time to which I was not able to sit on hold for so long. After that happening three times I figured I would contact them at another time. There is only one person to speak with when paying an invoice apparently and she is never available. So I get a rude and nasty email about not paying my invoice and that she did not get paid until I paid it and being a small company. So I called immediately to pay the invoice just to get a woman who could not find my invoice or my childs name. Shocker. She was rude the whole conversation. She told me she would call me back at a later time. I continued on with my evening. At some point I received an email to which I did not get until the next day stating that a customer service rep was supposed to call me with all the information to get this handled. Well that had happened and a voicemail left, but like I said I had moved on with my evening not paying attention to my phone. So the next day I called back with all information in hand to pay the invoice and got the same run around and that the lady to speak with was on lunch. So I told them I had been through this enough take down my information and pay the invoice, send me a receipt. She put me on hold gathered my info and it was done. If this review was solely based on the product we received it would be 5 stars, but its not and the companies customer service needs to be changed.
