When I don't take a lunch break or I am craving some bbq and rice, I swing by Ono. Food comes out fast, and the marinated/grilled meat is tasty. Portions are large and are either enough to satisfy or save for another meal. The workers are always nice and upbeat.
The only downside (and Ono can't help it) is the neighborhood is BAD. I go through the drive-thru because I don't feel safe walking in the lot. I have seen multiple drunk, high, and homeless people linger in the lot adjacent to the building.
