  • 3.5 Stars. My alterations were not ready when we agreed. Had to wait a few hours to get them because the intake person didn't confirm the time with the person doing the calling/guarantee. it wouldn't have been such a big issue had I not gone out of my way to be there at the time I was told. The lady that I spoke to on the phone told me that she always calls when the alterations are ready, and sure enough, she had not called me. Since she appeared to be the manager, I will default to waiting for the phone call or calling before going over the next time. Otherwise the service was fine. I had 4 odd things altered and the changes were Minor. I appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled. I will go back if need be. The speed and quality of their alterations is worth my drive over there.
