  • Under new management and new owner. My wife and I have lived here for over two years and to use the analogy "night & day" is an understatement. The new management is amazing. They are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about their tenets. If I go to them with a problem, they solve it. The previous management was always put out by my problems. "Most of the lights are burnt out and I almost fell down the stairs at night?" That is what I told the old management 2 months before the place was sold. They were never replaced until the new management arrived. It is obvious that the new owner is spending a lot of money on upgrading both the apartments, the buildings and the property in general. Some new improvements include: remodeled pool area, heated pool, granite counters, new landscaping, etc. My wife and I just had a house built, if not we would definitely be staying here. How funny considering we started house hunting because of how much we hated this place before. Did I mention the new management/staff is fantastic?
