  • If you look at my reviews, you will notice a pattern of positivity. I only take time out when I've had an amazing experience and ONLY to give a 5 star. Well, with that being said, there is a first time for everything. This will be my first and hopefully last negative review I ever give because I've never felt so unwelcome and unappreciated at a business before. I was really excited to be checking out a different shooting range during my Vegas visit. The road into the range seemed questionable but I was pleasantly surprised by the lodge. I entered with out any acknowledgement or greeting, asked for the ladies room and the only response I received was from a bar patron. I didn't think much of that at this point but the lack of customer service continued. After nearly 10 minutes and not a single word from any of the staff, although 3 of them were just gathered talking to each other and the one guy behind the counter had been working with the same group of 3 guys, I decided to call my friends and suggest meeting at the shooting range down the road instead. Won't be coming here again.
