  • I dont normally do this but..I've had numerous problems with rent-a-center but even though I had problems they were patient enough to work with me all those times. I've had the wrong furniture delivered to my place. Multiple transaction taken out of my account. Although it happened not once did they give me a hard time about refunding my money back. I personally love this location. The staffs are welcoming very patient with everyone and always makes me laugh when I'm pissed off about something. That's what you call great customer service. Thank you to all staff that's been so good to me.
