  • It is hard to walk into a restaurant without any expectation when you see one of the most famous names in restaurant business. Walking into Gordon Ramsay Burger, my expectations were very very high. Once you are seated you are greeted with a table setting that reminds you of the British Flag with and a simple menu on top with very minimalistic fonts with the name of the restaurant. The physical Menu it self even felt like there was a lot of thought, design elements and interaction put into it compared to a regular menu at majority of the restaurants. The drinks and dessert are on a separate tablet menu the server brings that seems a bit out of place and don't see the use for but I feel like its because of the limited space on their actual menu. On to the food. I had the Anniversary Burger which also seems like the F-Word burger that wasn't on the menu. The patty is a blend of 27-day, dry-aged New York strip, Bone in ribeye and barbecue short rib. It's topped with frisee, pickled shallots and lemon vinaigrette. It seems like the design isn't very sophisticated and I like how simple yet flavorful it is. People might ask whats the point of all the best meat in a patty, you won't taste it.. but the truth is it made a whole lot of difference. you can actually taste the dry aged and the quality of meat in each bite. Parmesan Truffle fries are cooked to perfection with subtle yet enough seasoning and flavor of both Truffle and Parmesan in every bite of the Fries. It is hands down one of the best gourmet burgers I've had. Service is a bit slow due to the place being so damn busy but it's understandable since the place was jam packed. The only gripe about this place is the waiting system. We had 5 people in our party and they were kind enough to take down our number and text us when our table was ready but for party of 2 or less, They said you have to physically wait in line. Though we didn't have to wait in line, this just didn't make any sense to me. If you already have a system of where you can take peoples name and phone number down, why can't you do that for everyone so they can go enjoy a little bit of Vegas instead of waiting in line next to a window full of flames? Price is a bit high for a burger at $22 but I understand as it's hard to find anything to eat with less than $20 at a sit down restaurant in the stip of Las Vegas. Regardless of the wait, and what other people may say, I personally enjoyed every bite of my burger and it was a extraordinary burger. it is definitely worth the try. c'mon it says Gordon Ramsay and how often do you have the opportunity to walk into a restaurant with his name in front.
