  • Ooh how I used to love the last management company and especially the front desk/leasing office people that used to work here. I was always greeted with a genuine smile and now these new front desk people are almost seemingly unhappy to see you. They provide the least information possible in the most careless way about anything that you ask them. Plus they have this shitty attitude like they are doing you a favor by handing you your packages or providing you with information. I wonder why are they so serious all the time, they don't even smile. This is a really good property in a great location, but with this kinda management and unhappy front desk people, it's not worth it to live here. Will be moving out soon.
