They will always make sure you do tests that are not really necessary to make money- and if you have been told misinformation and call Corporate to have them assist in customer service in hopes of them doing the right thing for the customer, you are OUT OF LUCK. I was told that my teeth cleaning for my dog would be covered and they gave me the wrong date of my last month of membership and would not accommodate their mistake and still provide a teeth cleaning. The Manager never called me back and Corporate didn't care and was quite condescending. Never give into their plans!
