  • Condition of the car was good... I'll give them the one star for that. But they find loopholes so they can charge you extra for a feature you thought was already covered and then try to tack on more fees for coverage you will "need". I booked through Expedia and at first, I thought the price was reasonable for a weeks worth of renting a car. The breakdown of price on my Expedia invoice said that Unlimited Mileage was included. But according to Nu that just means Unlimited Mileage within NV. You need to pay extra if you want Unlimited Mileage outside of NV. [Insert sarcasm] That makes a lot of sense for a local who is renting a car for a road trip to California.
