Do not go to Huntersville Ford for service. Worst service experience ever! Paid $600 for a wiring problem that wasn't covered under warranty. Had to call several times to see when the car would be done, it took them four days, then didn't even call when the car was done. If I hadn't call the car would probably be there. I asked if they had a courtesy vehicle, and they suggested that I get a rental car. A week after the work was done, the headlight/fog lights started going off and on. I called 5 times and never got a call back so I scheduled another service appointment so they could fix it. I show up for the service appointment and had to wait 30 mins to talk to a service tech, then they tell me I will have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to look at it. I just paid them $600, they probably bumped the wires to the lights loose when they worked on the car, and now they want me to pay them more just to look at it. I have wasted so much time with this service department and they just want to keep messing up your car and charging you more money. I don't appreciate rude service, and not returning phone calls of a paying customer. DO NOT USE HUNTERSVILLE FORD!!!
