  • First let me say, I LOVE Chipotle BUT this location is definitely on my no fly list (pun intended, you'll see, keep reading). I have been coming to this location for years because it is the only one near where I work. They just don't handle the lunch time rush well, meaning, they are disorganized, and slow, slow, slow and poor service. Lines are out the door if your not there before 11:30 or after 1. And no parking to be had because it is so packed. So, I started ordering online and picking up my lunch to take back to work and EVERY time I place an order online to go pick up they get it wrong...seriously EVERY TIME. They are leaving stuff out, putting extra stuff in, even a totally different order all together...I have told them, I have showed them and I have just gotten sick and tired of it. AND THEN today was the final nail in the coffin when I found a bug in my lunch, yep, a fly. Lost my appetite and my patience. So, I am boycotting this location. They are building a new location in Scottsdale on Scottsdale Road just North of Shea. So, when that one opens I will give them a try. Best of luck to you using this location.
