Terrible customer service. I made an appointment two weeks ago. Nobody ever showed up. I tried calling and no answer. I emailed and they said the technician will call me. He never called me. Sabrina made no effort to resolve my issue and she did not call my cell phone. I woke up early just to be ready for them and they made no effort to call me at all. I'm very disappointed.
Response to Daisy: all your emails had a "Greater Phoenix Area" signature. I posted the review based on your email signature.
Also, to potential customers: Daisy called me a loser because I asked her if she would address my complaint. See the picture in Yelp if the email.
Update to expletives false accusation: I am being accused using expletives. But, my entire interaction with Mr Antenna was done through email. I have proof that I have been respectful the entire time. Hopefully Yelp does contact me so I can show them the email as proof.
Note to potential customers: As you can see, contacting Mr Antenna was the worst mistake I ever made. Their constant attacks against me don't stop.
Note to potential customers: read all their negative reviews and Sabrina's responses before you make a decision. You'll see how this business treats customers very poorly. For example, read the reviews by Eric L and Matt R. You'll see that those customers were up-charged.
Also, you can install an antenna yourself for a third of the price.
Update: I was a customer. That I why I complained. Mr Antenna set up an appointment with me and then didn't show. When I posted s Yelp review. They called me a loser. I have email proof that I was a customer. I posted a picture of the email confirming my appointment. Proof I was a customer.
Potential customers: this is what you would have to deal with when you contact this company. A barrage of false information about a customer.
