It's about time I write a review for the PGH Taco Truck, seeing as how I'm a huge fan of the burgeoning Pittsburgh taco/food truck scene and it's been an important part of both. The guys from the taco truck were cooking out of Gus' Cafe for a while, which is one of the first places I had the chance to try their food. I'd have to say the Thai chicken taco is my favorite. I love the sauce on top and it's very generously-sized for the price and quality. It's not "traditional" per se, but I like different flavors in my tacos. All tacos are somewhere around $4 and two to three would make a decent meal for most people. I'll happily continue to seek out the PGH Taco Truck whenever it's part of an event or simply in the area, because I know I'll be getting quality food served quickly for a great price. What else is there to want from a food truck?
