I've been a Verizon Customer since 2004 and received the worst service in 12 years from Daniel Dye, Manager at 8603 Concord Mill Blvd Concord, NC this past Friday. One of his associates did not fully explain to me back in October how the promotional trade-in works. Daniel told me - She did not have to disclose how the program works and pretty much tried to demean my character as an individual and a customer. It was very shocking and upsetting to know that Daniel as a "manager" would treat a customer as if "customer service" not longer exists. Neither Daniel Dye or Krista bothered to simply apologize for not informing me fully how the program works. If she had explained, I would've postponed purchasing a phone. Hopefully, Verizon Wireless will use this feedback as a training opportunity for their staff, especially at the store location mentioned above.
