I moved here from south central Illinois 4 years ago. Having done my own auto repair for many years, I have reach a time in my life when I am no longer able to do that. And, besides, with the electronics in the cars today the "back yard mechanic" doesn't have the test equipment needed. I had an issue with a pick up truck when I first came out here to live. There was a possible problem with the computer in my truck. Not having the proper equipment to test the computer I took my truck to 3A Automotive. They could have told me the computer was bad and needed to be replaced. But they found the connection was bad and cleaned the contacts and my truck ran fine. Because of that one trip, that could have cost $1,000.+, the charge was for labor only to the tune of $100. A $100 well spent to find a repair shop that I can trust. We now have two vehicles and any time they need service I take them to 3A Automotive and I always will.
