  • I just had my pool remodeled by CDC and will say all the work crews were very nice & easy to work with. My remodel was close to $10K. Through the entire job the Mgmt. Communication STUNK, not timely, very little details and most of the time it seemed like they couldn't be bothered with a simple phone call. Telling me the next crew would arrive between 8am & 3pm....doesn't cut it and when the crew actually arrived at 6:30am. I waited 2 weeks for them to finish installing my LED light. I originally planned a travertine deck install for another $16K and there is NO WAY they will see more of my business after the pool job. Good communication is a big part of Service and they failed Big Time.
