So far, not impressed. Service tech came to house, microwave died. He said it needs a new control panel and will order, unfortunately from Samsung. One week later and I haven't heard a word & NO ONE answers their phone. Have left unreturned messages and called at various times. Last week I got a recording that "she" was away from her desk, no matter what time I called. Doubtful there is a "she" working there! Will suggest to Lowe's Extended Warranty Program that they discontinue contracting with Volt as it reflects poorly on Lowe's.
