rev:text	Luiz and his assistant just left my house and I must say I cannot be more impressed. I initially chose these guys because they had a Groupon (2 rooms for $49) and because of the great Yelp reviews. After showing him which 2 rooms I wanted cleaned, I asked him how much extra it would be for half of a small 3rd room and he said he'd gladly include it free of charge. After I declined an extra fabric pre-treatment for pet stains he had kindly offered, Luiz says he wants to earn my future business (he is the owner) and will be including it anyway free of charge. The cleaning itself was exceptional. Having seen the same job done by numerous other cleaning services in town, I can safely say these guys took the most time and care, by far. Where others came in and seemingly try to get in and out of the house as soon as possible, Luiz took more than double the time working every bit of the carpet with his top-of-the-line equipment. After the job was done and I'd thanked and tipped them, I asked him what the quote would be for future visits without the Groupon and his price was below any other company's I'd paid for in previous years. Luiz succeeded and will now be hearing from me every 6 months. Thanks Luiz!
