| - I was there with my wife and a few friends on Saturday 4/22 Reservation was for 4:30pm and we were promptly seated by the very nice host. My first impression: The restaurant's decorative was warm and inviting. Just beautiful! After the "free" garlic bread, we ordered drinks and Cesare salad for everyone (5 adults). The salad was excellent. The garlic bread was so and so. I then ordered the veal chop with spaghetti on the side. My wife, the Crazy shrimp Alfredo. A pepperoni pizza for the kids(2). But anyway, I think, no, I am sure, this Italian restaurant is over-rated! My veal chop was super salty and I mean "salty" and so was my wife's Alfredo. These dinners aren't inexpensive by any means and they totally blew it. There was nothing special about this place, except for the nice looking layouts and nice atmosphere. I am not going to speak for my friends here. Oh well, maybe we were paying for just "being there". My friends told me to let the host know of my disappointment. But, nahhh!!! I just won't be back, even for free. 2 Stars are generous! But 5 Stars for the nice looking restaurant! Just for your info., I've been to a lot of nice Italian restaurants here in Vegas and elsewhere. So, I am no stranger to Italian foods. But this place was just...very average at best and way below average if you factor in their prices.
